Worst ever been waiting over 4 days for a letter to come from iola to chanute this should take less than two days. It was sent out monday and today is friday. When I whent to the post office I asked where the letter was and they took my information and said they would call me either way if they found it or not and so they didn't call me back so I called about 4:30 and the lady said that she would be there and call when my carrier came back in and told her what was going on and now it is 6:30 and still no call I am pissed. Worst post office ever. I would Rate this post office a 0 not a 1 bad service.
Postmaster is very unfriendly and very uncooperative.
Worst experience ever here.... Waited honestly 18 minutes at counter for someone to waite on us. They knew me and my little boy was there waiting , cuz I yelled hello anyone there. And someone answered back us yes just a minute. Which lead in many long minutes. If I didn't have to get my packages out TODAY I would of never came here, now knowing how slow they are and how rude they are here when they finally do waite on you. They lady who waited us finally , wasnt friendly by any means. She acted as though we were taking up her time. She threw my stuff up on the scales , just slammed it up there. Good thing it wasnt breakable stuff. How rude!!! I understand that people can get busy and have ruff days at work, I do myself. But still least try for your clients to be somewhat friendly.
Haven't recieved my mail in 2 weeks!!! Been expecting bills and packages. This isn't the first time it's happened either. the employees at that post office are rude and inconsiderate. I'd give this place a 0, not a 1.
