In my opinion this is a horrible company with horrible service. Pat Shields himself, the owner, was rude, unresponsive to the problems with his staff and the inadequate job to our vehicle.
In my opinion not trust anyone at this dealership to work on your vehicle as we had ours in the service and body shop and but they left us stranded in the parking lot after hours (and after we paid!) with it because they didn't do all the work that was needed and refused to do anything about it.
This dealership was awful. We drove 4 hrs to look at a pick up that we had discussed at length with a salesman. The pickup was told to be "clean with a few minor scratches that a buffer could take out and a dent in the bumper". This was a complete misrepresentation of the actual trucks appearance. There were scratches and dents in every single piece of metal. The scratches were down to the metal and there was a very large gouge/dent down the side of the bed. The bumpers both had multiple dents and clearly had been ran into frequently. When we tried to discuss this matter with the salesman as well as the owner. They both were completely unprofessional. Both were rude and confrontational when asked about the misrepresentation of the truck's condition. The owner's response when asked about the situation was, "Well that's what you get when you look at something on the internet." The owner caused a huge scene and was beyond unprofessional. Overall our experience with this business was awful and a complete waste of time.
If the used vehicles they sell are "fixed up" like they fixed mine don't expect them to run long.
They didn't even have catalogs to find Mopar parts as I was told "it cost to much to buy them".
Great customer service! Steve, Greg and Cooper are always so helpful!
Nor expect them to fix the problem when found.
