Staff is great.. Coffee sucks, potato cakes grease, egg mcmuffin sucks and coffee oh my god put more water in it to strong or burnt. Should have listen to local doctor she said don't eat here.. Next time in Chanute I won't. Great staff. Darn sell reagular fries and a burger in the am.
Rude employees , very slow service , the restaurant is not clean at all, cannot even get simple orders correct. Always running out of stuff, McDonald's need to shut this location down is giving them a bad name.
Food was good if a bit sloppy, they were in the middle of a rush so the speed of service was a major plus
They are absolutely stuck in 1st gear, and I think this is inherent with this area, but many there act as though it is painful to work there. Not super friendly!
